--NEW JERSEY (AP) Poker superstar Tiburon41 has decided to change his name. "I felt that the '41' was coming between me and my fans--both of them." So now, the icon will now be known on livepokerforum simply as "Tiburon." The uber-star has been known (and continues to be) at poker sites as Tiburon41, Tiburon0041, and even as Tiburon723. Those names will still be found in his signature. Because of senseless security issues and the fact that other players (and haters) have taken his name without consent, those names wil not change. However, on the forum, he's just "Tiburon." No number, no letter, no initial, no BS. Just "Tiburon."

"A lot of people on the forums have been calling me Tibby, Tiburon, Tibs, so it's not like they actually gave a sh*t about the number anyway," said the shark. The poker world will now have to deal with the simpler-monikered player. We're sure they're shaking in their boots. We surely are.
