I don't have a set hand chart, I vary it up some depending on table/site. But it happens that i'm much tighter with a vpip of between 7-8 in the first few positions, pretty much only playing 88-AA, A10s+, KQ. And raising it.
As I get closer to the button I open up more and will raise more with a lot more speculative hands, at the lower limits though I'm not so sure this is advisable, I'd stick more to piers's outline.
For the most part if I'm gonna play a hand I'm gonna raise it, the disparity between PFR and VPIP is probably mostly blind defense and calling with low pockets in late position after some limpers, though I don't see that too often at the site I play.
