Had a very nice time playing some poker with fellow BTPer's but suffered a pretty devastating 46 Big Bet loss during the process

From what I can see you guys are playing a pretty damn good game. I don't think I have ever set in a game with that many checkraises and reraises which is usually a pretty good indication of a tough lineup.

I haven't spent much time yet looking over the dbase but if there are certain hands you are interested in post them up and we'll go over them.

Thanks again for a great game and the comraderie. Hopefully we can get together ever so often for a little grudge match :)

Sounded like a good time. Damn my job!

That was the most enjoyable time I've had playing online in a long time. A great change of pace. It was odd to look at my game time window and see so many moneybags!

I've only used gt+ with party and used to having the hands saved on the computer. I will have to learn to use it with other formats. Do you need to have a POP3 email account to do the auto import with stars?

I never was able to get the auto import thing working for stars. So when there I just do it the old fashion way. Request history, get email, import by hand then refresh.

it seems stars is the current preference but we'll see about empire in the future (I don't have an account) or you could open a stars account and get a money transfer from people and work out a way to pay it back.

Empire/Party is useful because you can set up private tables; the only problem is the minimum limit is .5/1. I'd be willing to play that limit, but I'm not sure about everyone else. Especially Piers, who'd lose about 50-100 bucks playing on Empire ;)

I don't like pokerstars, but for something like this, it's PERFECT, since you can get the 02/04 tables at stars.

Well, I liked our three guest seats, I took 40 big bets from them. And if somebody chose OUR table with the tightest stats, well... we should welcome him. What about a .01/.02 nl table? But we can also move to Party/Empire, I don't care.

Can you spot our table??

I liked the public table -- having a few fish in the mix made it more interesting (non-BTP fish, that is ).
