This is spew. A UTG+1 limp/call pf from an unknown at low limits is almost always a small to mid pp or a weak ace. 3-betting turn with TPNK on a paired board that is likely to hit a weak ace is total spew. Calling the raise on turn may be ok, try to boat up or otherwise improve, but I think you are behind. Three betting and folding to a cap is not unreasonable. When he raises turn, I think his range is quite narrow and includes A4, 44, and an A hi flush draw (probably A3d). You are in pretty bad shape against his range. Then again, full tilt is rigged and you should not play there.
