The Pre-flop, Flop, and River Caps are no brainers. With a Maniac and a bunch of tilters, this is mandatory.

The turn though, we can pretty much ignore what UTG has, since it is usually +EV to bet the value of your hand without considering his. CO though, we need to watch him closely, The pot is big enough that there is no reason for him to stay passive. If he does raise though, we still have odds to call for our 4 outer....

Against a maniac, I am a huge fan of getting the money in with top two or better, even with the flush draw on board, although CO does make me wary of raising on the turn. On the other hand, if CO has a draw to the flush, you are making it expensive to draw by raising that turn...Marm has it right to ignore maniac's hand in this spot and bet/raise the value of your hand on every street.

I'm agreeing with the above statements. Playing against a maniac I think your line is fine here. Top 2 against a maniac I'll cap every street. Putting him on a range of hands is borderline useless especially if he's just going to keep firing back with anything most of the time.
