Hand 1, don't cold call (well I know you are in the SB but same this goes maybe more so) especially when it is 3-bets. Cap or fold your 99. Then you lead the flop with an overpair, but after playing PF so fishily what do you expect villians to do, this is fine and I do it but UTG is getting 11:1 to call and button is 12:1, can't make anyone fold. I don't really think C/R does anything, realize they are going to chase profitably. Turn bet is good. Depending on the villian you can bet/call, B/F or C/C the river. I'd probably bet/call this guy seems bad.
YOU NEVER MENTION ANY READS YOU HAVE ON ANYONE, players are different you need to play differently against them.
Hand 2 is pretty well played, the guy chased his 5 outer getting 4.5:1 and didn't get any river value when he hit. This is a brag not a beat.
