I think a good way to fix many of the leaks in my game is to create a list of questions I will go through every time before I take any action postflop. Sometimes I tilt by going back to stupid level 0 thinking, which is what I really want to avoid by doing this. So questions on that list could be as simple as "Is the board coordinated?", but I'd rather establish some level 1 or level 2 thinking even though I think the latter one isn't needed too much for 0.5/1 Limit at Party. Any suggestions for the questions on that list?

I'm going to hit my 5000th hand some time next week, I suppose... maybe I'll post my PT stats for checkup then.

I agree with Pok about SSHE.
If I were you I wouldn't play another hand until you read it cover to cover.
It will open your eyes.
Invest you time doing that for a few days, then play some poker and report back.
I will go so far as to say you won't gain nearly as much from ths forum as you could until you do.
If I tell you "next time raise the turn for a free showdown" it is not very helpful if you don't know what that is, for example.
