The problem is that you are out of position and it will be hard to maximize bets either way since you raised preflop.
My problem with checkraising the turn is that any of us on this forum should be seen as AGGRESSIVE players. We are in the habit of continuation betting after a preflop raise regardless of if we hit or not AND and even bad players notice that pattern. We should clearly vary our play some, but people would expect us to bet here no matter what we hold after our preflop raise.
When we check but then call a bet back to us on the flop, it looks pretty suspicious and they will often check behind on the turn. "What else would a TAG (or at least a SLAG) have after they raise preflop, check and then call with two AA on board?" is what they are thinking either conciously or at least subconciously.
Additionally, the vast majority of weak players always check quads and even trips on the flop, and they can't imagine that we would bet them since THEY would never bet them.
The only way to make sure the turn gets bet is to bet it yourself. They are going to fear an A whether you bet out or check/call the flop, might as well make sure each street gets bet.
edit: note that I am referring to LIVE play only. Online - people are much less observant, playing multiple tables, etc. I just guarentee that in live play with a TAG or SLAG image, if I raise preflop, and then check/call this flop everyone is shutting down. I make more money betting this out and will do so every time.
After thinking about this awhile I am not sure I am really qualified to give my opinion about what to do with this online.
