In the interest of encouraging bad habits I append this minor bright spot in an otherwise forgettable weekend:
Villiain has just spanked my KK by flopping a straight with 75s...a cold call. I am now on tilt. Villiain is 40%/3%/.86 in only 40 hands. This was around hand 20. I really might have been proud had it been more of a read than undisciplined angry reaction.

As usual this weekend, flops are missing completely or trapping me. I promised myself I would just fold these post flop and say 'nh. ..practice some discipline, you know but..... is that who I think it is stealing?...er...betting....
Turn: :3c (6.25BB, 2 players)
Hero checks, MP3 checks.
I believe I'd have folded if he bet the turn... but in my state of mind...who knows? But since he didn't.....I threw more free chips at him to punish him...er..I mean value bet and then value reraised...
River: :2s (6.25BB, 2 players)
Hero bets, MP3 raises,
Hero 3-bets, MP3 folds.
Uncalled bets: 1BB returned to Hero.
