Read dependent, his 40/20 is one thing and three betting after a reraise quite another.
I would think about this in terms of his POSTflop play, if he plays postflop badly=donkey, then easy call, if not I fold this. Basically against a normal player it is a coinflip (or worse) he should have here only QQ or AA, with higher probability of AA if he is good.

P.S. His big stack also worries me, did he get it by monkey suck-out or by a good play.

yes but 95% of players ARENT "above average" players so you really need a very specific read which you've come to over playing with this villian on several occasions over hunreds of hands to be able to fold KK pf in a 6max game, imo.
