Puke on the flop.. but I think you have to shove. You say you played sub-optimally preflop..
Do you think flat calling would be any good? Or would you prefer to raise slighty more PF?
Raising more PF may drive him out but does make life alot easier.
EG raise to 400 and its a 800 pot with 500 behind.
