On a side note, I used to play on non PT friendly sites really and never played with HUDs or anything, at what number of hands do you in general start trusting as a useful guideline? I ask because in this circumstance after I played more with him his stats were waaaay off from what I had at 66 hands.

PT stats are a tough one. You need to be careful. For example, the other day I actually ran 7/4 over my first 73 hands at a table when I normally run between 20/15 and 22/18.

Most of the time once you have about 100 hands you should have an idea on their preflop game. Post flop stats can be skewed for longer. Once you have about 300 hands I think you get pretty OK info. That's just off the top of my head though.
