I lead for $2, BTN min-raises to $4.

I haven't been on the table long enough to have any solid reads. I'm definitely not folding, but I'm unsure of the best play from here.

Pop to $11 or so? But then if he 4-bets all-in, I'd feel I'm almost certainly behind but have also invested a lot in the pot. Fold to 4-bet? And even if he calls my 3-bet, on a board that dry after I've shown such strength, I'm not happy with my hand anymore.

Shove all-in? It's a massive overbet, but might get some worse hands to call.

Call and check-raise all-in on any turn card? If I had kings or aces, I'd like this play better, but with queens, I would hate to see an ace or king fall on the turn.

That part is pretty obvious... I didn't want to fold. After I 3-bet, I felt like it was the worst play I could have done (other than fold). You're saying shoving, or call and crai on turn aren't any better or worse?

... my main point was to raise more PF.. but, as someone said, it's site dependent.. although, I don't agree with that statement completely... if everyone raises PF to $1, does that mean that I also have to raise $1 ? or is it more of a: if I raise more I won't get a caller?.. both of which I dislike since if you do it often enough you will get called and people will get used to it (and if they don't, it's better for you), meaning you are putting more money with better hands in...
