At $50 tables at my favorite sites, he would have T9 there more often than not. That's why I love Tribeca / Pacific / Bodog. Never played at Stars. A read would help.

I think you're seeing monsters under the bed. You have not played the hand the way a flopped boat would play it most of the time, so he probably doesn't have you on that. Probably just on trips which his straight just beat. Just a guess.
