New to the table so i don't have any read on villian yet. I recently switched to NL and have been running pretty good, but one thing I'm having problems with is knowing when to value bet and/or raise with good hands but not the nuts. I still see monsters under the bed sometimes.

Q: Do i shove on the river, also any comments on the hand are welcome.

I'd re-raise to $5 or $6 pre-flop, to ensure it is a heads up pot and I'm in position and also to build a slightly larger pot.

I feel you played the hand pretty well, but based on stakes and stack sizes, I would definitely raise the river, though I dont' know if a shove is the best move. Is your opponent a big enough donk to stack off here with Q[x]J[h]?

If yes, shove. If not, just raise to $25-30.
