Yes I think the fold here is fine.

In my experience anyone with an agression factor that low has got something better than top pair 99% of the time. This doesn't always stop me from handing over my stack, but looks like a fold for sure to me.

The other stat I always glance at is their showdown percentages since it gives you an idea of what they think is a dynamite hand. My guess is a set.
