I think your pre-flop call is horrible. A raise here would be MUCH better and is my preferred action.

On the flop, you should raise the flop more and definitely be happy to get it allin when it gets back to you.

Flop raise is definitely too small. But I totally make wussy raises like that all the time when I want them to stay in. I recognize it's not a good play but I keep doing it. I'm a donk what can I say.
