When this happened, i was thinking he was either slowplaying a set or got lucky with AQ. Kinda weird he didnt make a CB with AQ tho. Doubt im up against AA or AK right?

He checked the flop, and I think he would put in a bet with AA-QQ and AK. He could have been slowplaying a set too. I think sets and flush draws are a huge part of his range, so I think I would have to call because you are way ahead of both of those.
