and if villain is willing to call allin on turn then he is willing to call 30 on turn, and 30 on river unimproved... so identical to shoving and him calling.

not if he improves on river and you don't to the point that you're putting those $30 in the pot when you're behind, when all you had to do is put the money in when you're in front..
