I used to do marathan 5-6 hours sessions after work or early in the morning when the g/f was asleep.
I've found that that does NOT work. Even if I was winning, it removed all the enjoyment.
Now I usually have 2-2.5 hr sessions. Basically, I try to quit if I'm not paying enough attention and just droning or if I just had a nice hand, feel all warm and fuzzy, and decide to take that feeling to the bank.
