BB raises to $5...He had been making loose aggressive plays for about the last 20 hands and had just lost a 50 dollar pot on the river. I didn't put him on a ten. But was not even 80% sure.

Hero re-raises to $20, I wanted to take the pot right there. BUT BB calls $13

I really can't fault your play there, except your pre-flop raise. The minimum raise here is just asking to be outdrawn by some ***** with a small A or Kl.

Doyle Brunson says never to fear quads. If a guy shows you that hand you just pay him off. Other than that you have a lock. I like your small bet on the turn. A check there might also have worked, as you hold the nuts and you want this guy to either catch up or think his hand is good. But against a loose player on tilt, a bet here is a good play. I think you have to trust your reads in these situations. This guy wants to give you all his money. Find a way to let him. Well played.

Raise more preflop. Raise less on the flop as you are overbetting and will only be called by a Ten usually (this is party, though, so you never know). When the Queen hits the turn throw out a MUCH bigger bet and pray he has a 10. If he has a 10 you should be taking his stack EVERYTIME provided a ten doesn't hit the river. With your tiny $10 bet you aren't building the pot nearly enough to set yourself up for a big river bet. On the river, I think you have to call. He played very passively prior to the river and the big river bet isn't gonna mean quads nearly often enough for you to fold here.
