I also wouldn't raise preflop on many tables, as against a CS you need to hit flop, against two of them it gets even worse. I would probablly bet flop, but not always too.
As played I think you miss value on the river by not raising him, I doubt that he has a made flush with this betting sequence, so I would check-raise to 40 and fold to re-reraise.
