I would check turn behind.
I think that the flush draws is not so big part of his range as most think (half pot flop lead mostly indicates a made hand), so I think that he either has a case T or QQ, JJ. So I would check behind and push river if he checks again, if he pushes I think it will be a fold against most of opponents.
