Hero needs to raise flop...not the turn. Your money's going in on the turn when the diamond doesn't hit...as soon as you boat the river, as played, you're value betting. Bet pretty hard though...pot is good. All-in is too much. If they have Ad, they're likely raising.

I checked the river and called a 14$ bet. He showed [4d] for nut flush and I won with my rivered full house.

At the flop I was worried about an overset or a straight flush (draw). 5 opponents can hold a lot. Therefore I decided to play slowly and wait for the turn card.

The turn is a complete blank and therefore I raised pot according to my plan. I got one caller and was still worried about an overset or straight flush (draw). A flush would have raised, no?

At the river I hit my full house but since I was still afraid of an overset or a straight flush (now 34s is a possible straight flush) I only check-called. Too weak? After you know my opponents hand of course you can say yes, but who plays so incredible weak with a nut flush? And he indeed had an out for the straight flush with his 4s the whole hand.
