Wow I'm folding this pretty quickly. I don't see people make moves with busted draws like that on FR $100/$200 so I doubt they're doing it at $50.
The better player should win the race. Always.

Check/call flop. Blocking bet turn. Push river. Looks like busted flush draw to me.
But people also play sets this way, hoping to get raised on the turn and then when they don't they over bet the river to compensate.
