It's $23 to call and the pot on the flop had $11-ish, so his shove is basically a 2xPSB. If he has TT-QQ, I'm basically a coinflip. I'm in worse shape against a set/AA/KK, but I think he'll also have some x hands as well.

I would call this very quickly and expect to be ahead a good amount of the time.

I would also 3 bet to $12 preflop and look forward to getting it all in preflop/on any flop. Folding AK for 25bb sounds really weaktight without a good read.

Absolutely you call this. Shorties suck, people who overbet shove flops on scary boards are trying to take it down right now. I've seen literally any two cards here.

Getting all-in preflop with AK is pretty standard at 6-max. Even for 100BBs, let alone less. If you can't do it, then you are probably not playing optimally in other spots too. Maybe full ring is more your style?

Personally I get all-in with AK quite frequently at NL400. I'm not much of a "gambler" but getting it in with AK is necessary to be able to play a properly aggro preflop game IMO. While it may not always be +EV in a vacuum, you need to have a range of hands that you will get it in with, and just AA and KK is not a big enough range. Bottom line is it is part of my overall strategy which is +EV. Disclaimer: NL100 probably doesn't play as aggro preflop so you may not need to get it in with AK as much.

One tip I can think of is to be properly rolled for the game you are playing. If you are a serious player I would want 20-40 buyins for NL100. 20 is good if you are good winning TAG that is willing to move down. Add more buyins if you are more LAG, if your winrate is < 5 PTBB/100 and if you are averse to moving down. If you are conservative, have an even bigger roll. The other tip is to think about your stack as chips and not money. Don't think about what you can buy with your stack, your poker bankroll is not money until it hits your bank account.
