Blinds are 1/2, villain has 130 and I have him covered.

T7s in the BB and I get a free look in a multiway pot. Flop comes 689 with a diamond draw. SB bets 4, I raise it to 16, folded back to him and he calls. Turn is a 2, he checks and I bet 2/3 pot. River is the [2d] and he checks. He has a bit over 70 left and checks to me. Check or bet?

Personally id just check behind. I wouldnt be supprised if he had just a 7 with the str8 and called you down hoping to hit the str8. cant see betting again would acheive anything I'd have to fold to a raise with the fush on board and possibility of a badly played set filling up.
