Hero has a rule of calling any min bet with any hand in the BB because he hates min bets and he loves to crush people with crappy hands, thus showing them that min bets don't work. Hero's theory is probably flawed.
I think it is a good theory, I do the samewith any playable hand down to 75o, you just shouldn't invest much postflop if flop comes J53 and you hold J8.
I think your postflop line is fine just call turn now and bet if you catch a heart and CR AI if you catch an offsuit 7 or Q. Pushing here is not good at all. (And k3nt, I doubt that solid players on 2+2 would recommend pushing here.)
