The shorty that limped and called the raise and reraise is tilting so i'm not worried about him. The button seems to be an aggressive, winning player. Not quite TAG not quite LAG.. but he does raise the button often.

My thoughts on the hand:

I can't fold this w/ TP and nut flush draw. If he has AK he might fold, but if he does call I'm freerolling on the river w/ flush draw. If he has AA I have a small folding equity w/ 11 outs. Also I had made another big overbet earlier and I thought maybe he'd remember and think this a bluff and call w/ something like QQ. (doubtful but you never know.)


What do you guys think?

don't you get the same effect with a pot sized bet? I usually assume over bets are draws until I see otherwise. Are you hoping he calls or folds? does it matter?

I don't know how I feel about this, what do you put him on?

Maybe a CRAI on the flop would be more interesting because the tilting shortie could push and leave button sandwiched.
A free card shouldn't hurt you that much, if you're ahead on the flop then it's likely a 2 outter that you're dodging.
While the equity of your FD drops if you get money in on the turn, you can take it a bit slower at that point knowing this.

Anyway, I wouldn't be looking for folding equity here.
I'm looking for how to make sure they don't fold.

Also, regarding the overbet, I don't see there's much choice.
Any strong hand here that doesn't have a heart is going to bet like this.
(Which is why I'd often bet this way if I had KK...)
