I knew he had the flush...but being in the small blind he could really have any flush at all...so I figured my 3rd nuts was pretty solid.

What hand is he going to get so excited over that you can beat? A T-high flush?
I don't even like your re-raise to $10 much, but your call is just horrible, he is unlikely to have JT and not throw out some kind of bet on the flop or turn, especially after all that check-checking.
