I like how you played this one too, can't really suggest anything you could do differently.

Your raise preflop is ok though calling would have been fine as well. If you think it is likely you will get both limpers calling when you raise that might make me more inclined to limp because 10s aren't something you necessarily want to take a 3 way flop in a raised pot with.

Your flop raise is also fine. You need to define where you are at and protect your overpair. Flops like this are extremely dangerous for overpairs however. Middle pocket pairs could mean sets, the coordinated board means that straight draws and flush draws will be there if they haven't been made already. When your raise is called and a few of the draws get there on the turn you are right to slow down here.

The real trouble with the hand is your opponents bet on the river. A good player knows this bet should only be called unless that hand is beaten, so this could mean he has the nuts and wants it to look like he's a nut. Or he knows you have a decent hand but maybe not one you'll be able to call that bet with (he had a draw but not one that got there). On the $25 buy in tables I'm more inclined to think it means you're beat.

an alternate play to do here would be to just call the flop bet to see a safe turn. the problem is there aren't many safe cards for you. maybe a ten? lol
