i'd actually bet out the turn here. at these limits people are unlikely to fold a decent spade. however, the double check raise shows one of two things - either a complete bluff on perceived weakness, or huge strength. IMO, the later is much more common.
bet out .30 on the turn, and just smooth call if you get raised. on the river, lead out again, and push this time if you get raised.
if you're insistant on checking the turn, go with what shamrock said, just call. if there's a spade, i don't mind pushing in hopes of being looked up by a good spade. if there's no spade, i bet the pot.
