Honestly I would fold after UTG raise. Your hand is a good example of a reversed implied odds hand, you'll lose maximum when behind and win minimum when ahead. Pot is small and you have abig stack: fold.
Suppose no one has a higher straight, then given the action it is very likely that someone has a flush draw. He is 1/3 to win the hand if he can see turn and river, so you should bet a lot to deny him the odds, but you can't do that as you can be already dominated by a higher straight. Now when he makes his flush he is going to bet and you'l be in atough spot, if he misses he'll check behind (fold). (I am not sure if it is very clear. If not I can make a bigger post.)
