I'm not sure that the average donk at NL50 knows that a min-raise on the turn is a monster hand most likely(even though that is usually in every donk's repertoire; funny, you'd think they recognize what plays they make that are obvious...hence why they are donks).
This hand looks like a good place to put in a normal raise because UTG looks like he is making a blocking bet, and didn't want to pay full price(because either he picked up a pair maybe w/ a straight draw[T9, Q9, JT] or a pair w/ a flush draw or maybe just had a weak pair and want to see if you only have overs). I think you are ahead here a good portion of the time here and a standard raise is best.
TBH, I am not sure what I would do on the river though if he calls a standard raise on the turn, but probably check it down.
