I was in a similar situation a while back when I moved from 25$ to $50NL and found my biggest problem was in my discipline and thought process in my hands. My stats looked great but results not so, also I was running poorly but i was compounding the bad results with bad calls, tilt pushes to 3 bets out of frustration etc etc. Whether you're having similar problems or not I don't know. I knew I had the knowledge and ability to be be good at this game, just not the mental discipline yet.
However I really wanted to start to work hard on my mental approach and playing each hand at a time and and I just could'nt seem to get it right. I was'nt playing properly against specific opponents(eg trying to 3 barrel calling stations of middle pair then getting angry when they call down thinking why won't this #$^%^#^$ fold!!!). Then I did a bit of surfing about it and found a couple of good yet really simple articles that helped . Links below. try and apply this to each hand you play and I reckon you'll see a huge improvement in your results. If your not sure whether it was bad luck or played badly post the hand for some feedback//!!! you must do this!
here's the links anyway GL!!
Your'e a CR member right? Go to the forums and to the Psychology section, about half way down is an article called "article from a high stakes player", great articleon your approach to the game.
Ps. u r running like ass- 19.5% W$SD38% is not good. Hope this helps anyway
