With 33 it is difficult to call because he could have raised SC's or very likely 66 or 99 from the CO 6 handed, He could also be on the draw with a hand like 9x / Jx and the turn brings a J which is another likely set that you can't beat.

His check raise on the flop looks like either a set or a flopped baby flush.

So I guess I fold.
