This is very hard decision, but isnt 19/9 loose? Correct me if I am wrong. Hard decision I would re-raise all in or fold here, what are the stack sizes?

1) I bet the flop because most of the time a card higher than an 8 is going to hit the turn.

2) 19/9 is not kind of loose.

3) I fold to the raise. If he had a 7 he probably would bet the flop. I think hes going to have a 4 here about 80% of the time.

I think a blocking bet would work well to freeze a 7 from betting. I should then be able to safely fold to a raise.

Or check-call/fold depending on villians bet.

(i know most said to fold the turn but *if* you did call, then what?)

I dont like a bet on the river because alot of people will make a big raise or even push with a 7. But they will also do it with a 4.

If he wasnt in the BB, it might change my thoughts.

I would have played it exactly as you did. He is not likely to have a bigger pp and there is only 1 four left. But, he appears to be a good player (I don't like WTSD 35%) so you have to be careful and get through the showdown as cheap as possible but ready to call your stack if necessary.
