$50NL 6-max @ Tribeca.

UTG minraises. he's a total fish (refer to Ice's post on irish players @ Tribeca). his minraise means anything pretty with a painting on it. UTG+1 calls. he's relatively tight, seems solid. i call in the SB with [9c]. i have $205 and UTG+1 villain has $120 or so.

flop: [6s][7c]
pot: $3.50

i bet $2.50. UTG calls. UTG+1 raises to $7.50. i am totally lost playing draws this deep, so i make it $18.50. UTG folds and UTG+1 calls.

turn:
pot: $43

i check because im not sure what to do. i think this means i need to play the flop differently. he bets...but only $20. i have 12 outs and he still has $80 behind, so i call.

river:
pot: $83

i river the nuts. insta-shove here or try for CR?

i know i butchered this hand but im not quite sure where to play it differently. maybe just call his flop raise?

I don't give up on the hope that he could have a 5. Also I think a set has a hard time folding here - you could easily be betting the scare card. Bet the pot.

He has been pretty aggro in this hand and you hit a very concealed draw (unless he has reason to put you on a 5), so I don't see any reason why he wouldn't bet with a hand that would call a bet from you.

Your flop 3bet is really ugly though.

I'm thinking that villian will chk behind on the river b/c the OP's flop and turn actions would confuse the hell out of him. 3 bet flop and then chk/call turn? I would have no idea what to put you on. Even that turn bet seems like a "I have no idea what to do so I'll just throw out something" kind of bet.

PF---fine

Flop---the bet was OK, but I would have jsut called the raise

Turn---he made it pretty easy to call this I think...

Riv---the way this came down, he may be confused...I believe I would bet 2/3s of the pot here...

The CR is NOT a big part of my arsenal, but I don't think it's gonna work here...
