A little background on this hand, I was trying to mix up my game a little bit here by calling in position with QQ. I figure I could either play a smaller pot or go crazy if I hit a set. The CO threw me for a wrench with the preflop mini raise.

In my experience at the low blind NL tables, this mini-raise is always AA. Thoughts as played?

Here's a hint: you don't mix up your play by playing THE SAME HAND(S) DIFFERENTLY, you mix up your play by playing DIFFERENT HANDS THE SAME WAY. Don't just call with QQ "to mix it up".
