Also it seems like almost everybody is weak-tight on the turn and river: it's pretty rare for people with full stacks to get all-in.
I get AA in the BB. Folds to MP3, who is a fairly aggressive player who regularly raises to $2.00 preflop (4x). He does it again. CO calls, button calls, SB calls as well! There's $8 in the pot when it gets to me. I think about it and bump it to $10 (which comes out as $10.50). (Good amount?) Folds to SB who thinks and calls. No read on SB.
