$5/$10 NL 6 max

#1) 2 limps...SB is in and I check [4h] in the BB.

Pot $40 Flop [4s][7d]. SB checks, I bet $25, UTG folds, UTG+1 raises to $80. Folded to me.

This guy is 25 / 9 but overplays alot of hands and is getting killled so far. I put him on KJ, QJ, JT. He would raise AJ. (Could have a set but I doubt it). I call because he should have 3 outs. if a broadway card hits, I have to be a bit worried.

Pot $200. Turn . I check and he bets $140. UGH...I dont like it but Im still ahead of his range and he does overplay so I call.

Pot $480. River . I check and he bets $400. Call or fold?

#2) I open raise to $35 with [Jc]. BB calls.

Pot $75...Flop [6d][Tc]. He leads $40. I call.

Last round I raised and this same guy called. Flop was 9 high and monotone..he led full pot. I raise pretty big wth Q high flush draw and he reraised me really big and I folded.

Pot $155. Turn . he leads $40 again. I raise to $120 and he calls.
Pot $395. River . He leads $40 again. Whats our play?

#3) Next round. I raise to $35 with [9d]. Same villain calls again in the BB.
Pot $75. Flop [Qd][9h]. He check / calls my $50.

Pot $175. Turn . This guy is a bit tricky and I dotn want to get check raised so I check behind.

Pot $175. River . He leads $140. Im not folding, so raise or call?

1. If he were UTG I would think about calling as he could overplay AA. Here I fold.
2. I would raise 3/4 pot.
3. Just call.

1. im reraising his raise on the flop, if he overplays hands u might as well get in as much as u can while ur sure that ur in the lead, i really hate slowing down with top and bottom pair or bottom 2 pair as they can be very vulnerable to getting drawn out on and there are a lot of cards that can hit that make it very difficult to play...as is i'm probably folding and am not too happy about it

2. im raising it, the only hand i can see beating you here is an AQ of diamonds as any other hand that beats you hes playing out on the turn, the size of the bet is kinda confusing but i think ur still ahead and he'll call a decent sized raise

3. call, i doubt anything u beat is calling a raise

Hand 1 I don't understand. You say he would raise AJ, and that was exactly what I'd put him on because he did raise (?). Or did he just flat call the flop? Anyhow, I call this, as his bet is really asking for a fold and he overplays. I'd even consider pushing, although I agree that the K is a bit dangerous (less so if he raised) and given the fact that the J is offsuit, backdooring a flush isn't out of the question.

Edit: Sorry, I just realized that you meant he would raise AJ PF. I still call.

Hand 2: I'd make it $200 on the river, and I'm calling if he re-raises. If he made 2 sets in 2 orbits (or is playing AQ this way), so be it.

Hand 3: I'd call. Q is too likely.

#1) I didnt raise the turn because he could have KJ. I think he would fold QJ or JT to a turn check raise, but call or push with KJ. I dont know what he would do with AJ.

I called the river and he had [Jd] for the back door flush.

#2) I raised the river to $200 and he folded

#3) This one was pretty easy. Theres no way I can raise the river. I called and he had KT.

By the river you can only beat a bluff. He couldn't possibly bet JT or QJ for value there and if you say he's raising AJ preflop that only leaves hands that beat you. If you'd call with 22 here I guess you can call but I think it is a fold unless he is tilting bad.

Bet. His bets are blocking bets and you just improved. Your top two beats his TP and he'll probably pay off a value raise to $15 or 200 unless he was on the flush draw.

I just call. Might lose value if he's ready to call with a PP but saves money when you're up against a Q. And you get to see his hand. He *shouldn't* call with a worse hand and won't fold a better hand so a raise is wrong in my opinion.

The key probalem with hand #1 is that he DOES overplay hands all the time and I do think he would bet the river with QJ and JT.

I watched him limp 85s UTG...He check raised 863 flop...then CRAI the turn which was a T.

Hes -32 PTBBs after 1000 hands.
