I just checked my values and noticed that for some reason, I get the feeling that i at suck playing unraised pots in these two positions..playing out of position does not matter so much to me as the fact that pot is unraised and i have no idea what villain might have.
So i run at 6max 200$NL:
SB -0.42$
BB -0.64$
I feel that I'm losing too much here..I run at 19/14 and my
folded sb to steal is 90.7% and folded bb to steal is 87%
while my preflop raise from SB is 8.3% and from BB 6.25%...
any ideas how to improve in this section(besides improving postflop play obviously)

I wouldn't sweat those stats, I think you are misinterpreting them. Your blind #'s will always be negative, since you put money up blind in the worst position on the table. With 1/2 blinds, it appears that you are able to make back $0.58 in the SB and $1.36 in the BB. Compare this to your $/hand at other positions and I think you'll find its in line.

Just make sure the difference without posting is in the positive and you are doing well from the blinds.
