Also...if we give villain a raising range of 25% of hands, and we think he will make this play with ~55-60% of those hands we have about 49% equity on the turn.
That assumes villain will make this play with any flush draw, any OESD, any gutshot, any pair and flush draw, any pair and overcard, any K, any set, TT-AA.
Take out the gutshots and we are down to 41% and falling fast. Take out the low pairs + overcards and we are down to 38%.
Many of these hands will have pot committed themselves by raising the turn.
