what a strange hand. first he makes a raise to 5.5x preflop HU in the blinds, then he pots it on the flop, and then makes a giant CR.
I honestly don't hvae the slightest clue what you're up against. my first instinct would be to say you're up against a guy who's trying to take the pot down.
But then i stopped to think about the fact that he thinks you're a floater, and if he has history he probably assumes you're aggro. I'm half temtped to think he has a hand like AK/AA, and he wanted to play it fast knowing you'd wind up playing back at him. i think if he has a hand like that this is a brilliant play against an aggressive player. He can't expect you to call his turn bet with mid pair, but he knows if he checks to you you'll bet almost anything you had called his flop bet with.
I'm folding here, and making a note to be more careful about floating this guy, especially when he's making bets like this.
