Seems in hand #2 that you will see alot of that with a spiked monster on the river rather than anything else at higher levels. Or a slowplayed set. Seems like a nice call though.
Hand #3 is decently played by your opponent, I think it would have been hard to fold that on the turn. I would have never thought AA judging the preflop action...this definitely isn't the worst player you've faced at NL $10.
