AJ is a red light hand. It should warn you. On fourth, he either has a flush or you outkicked. How can you put a solid player on a hand you beat?
I read long ago and don't remember exactly but you should not fear folds when you have the best hand based on the amount you already have in the pot and what you will have to risk. He is putting you on a hand. What does he think you have that he can raise into?
By the same token, if you do not get caught bluffing about one-fifth of the time, you are not bluffing enough. Does that make any sense?
