I kind of DO like him, but I like his money more.
I answered #3 and I didnt tell him. I dont plan to ever tell him. As far as Im concerned its a leak in his game just like any other. Last time I played him I was across the table from him and if that happens again, I will watch the players beside him to see if they are watching his cards.

Nearer seat than what? I was directly to his left.
I definately want to be on his left and the seat on his direct left also lets me see his cards, why would I choose anything else?

I had this happen once in a 3/6 game, but it was a little old lady directly to my right who had to hold her cards about 3 inches from her face to see them. I didn't look, and since I was about to leave anyway, I didn't say anything to her, either.
