There are 7 players in this hand, I'm in UTG+1. Villian is OTB. It's $4 to come into the pot preflop. I open raise to $12 with , only button calls. Pot is $24. My image is really tight at this time, and I haven't raised more than one hand in the last two hours(card dead).

Flop is . I bet $20, button raises to $60. He's pretty bad, will call off money often in bad spots, doesn't bet enough when he has the goods, will call raises with easily dominated cards. He has after the raise about $100 behind him. What's my play?
