Can anyone give me an indication of what my VIPIP% should be roughly in the above games?
I want to start playing 6 max as opposed to FR.

Not higher than 30% is fine. It shouldn't be lower than 15% IMHO.
Normally I have 24/8 in the TAG mode on the tables full of calling stations.
In a LAGish mood I can have 30/13.
