No reads, but everyone has been fairly solid. A few players are loose PF (like BB, but reasonable post-flop). As can be seen by my stack size, I've been getting some cards and haven't made many mistakes.

This looks pretty standard, but I really felt like a donk after my three-bet got called in two spots preflop. How do I escape with minimal damage? How much do I bet on the flop? Did I bet too little PF?
